Motionless Mixer - Sludge (Hi-Pass)

The "Hi-Pass" Flash Mixer design effectively mixes polymer solution into sludge flows prior to dewatering processes. The unique design is not dependent on any "standing" or "trailing vortex" flow phenomena, is especially resistant to fouling or clogging, and has a very low pressure drop. Polymer savings in excess of 25% can be achieved along with dryer cake solids in dewatering operations.
