Types of mixing by Komax static mixers
There are three distinct types of mixing available with the Komax mixers.
Two by Two Division: In this case, the mixer repeatedly divides the process stream, where the number of previous divisions is doubled. Recombinations are produced by the divisions.
Counter-Rotating Back-Mixing: By rotating in opposite directions, tunneling and streaming effects are eliminated.
Cross Current Mixing: This type of mixing has special cavities randomizing the distribution of material to make the distribution process effective.
